Águas Claras Waterfall is a natural pool of crystal-clear water in the Chapada Diamantina National Park, in Vale do Capão near Palmeiras. Access is via a flat trail of seven to nine kilometers through open fields with views of Morrão and Morro do Pai Inácio. Ideal for swimming in transparent pools after a two-hour to medium-length easy hike under strong sun.
