It was built in the 19th century, close to the house where the heroine of Bailén, María Bellido, lived.
In the mid-20th century, it was remodeled to become the roundabout that we can admire today, where we find a fountain with the painting of the patron saint on top and surrounded by small garden areas.
This place turns out to be a privileged location to admire some steps of the Holy Week of Bailén
