"The CAPTAIN", this is how we now call Henri PETIT, will group first, for lack of financial means, only the refractory in difficult situation. Those whose idleness, harsh living conditions and feeling of abandonment, promote anxiety and possible discouragement. It is the same for the volunteers of the Lawyer's camp (Bir-Hakeim). Louis JUHEM will lead the small group of the Lawyer to Captain MOULIN in Aranc.
The farm of the Gorges is chosen by Marius CHAVANT for its geographical situation answering the doctrine of "guerrilla" elaborated by the captain MOULIN who will become ROMANS (Henri PETIT).
