On a gravel bike, even with wider tires and rear suspension, this isn't particularly fun. Even on a hardtail mountain bike, you can definitely feel the ground.
It's best to continue uphill, toward the Simmersfelder Kreuz, because you'll get quite a bit of a shake on the descent.
At least the marked section is the bumpiest. The gravel between Agenbacher Sägemühle and the Rehmühle campsite is very fine. After that, it gets looser again until Aichelberg.
