at the very back of the Schnalstal valley you can reach the site of Ötzi, the glacier man. He can be visited in the museum in Bolzano. Because of the location on Silimaungletscher the border between Italy and Austria had to be re-measured, because both countries claimed the locality for themselves. Is synonymous understandable, because of course, can also be promoted effective advertising.
