Sieperting is a village in the municipality of Eslohe (Sauerland) in the Hochsauerland district.
The town is about 315 m above sea level on the edge of the Homert in the Salwey valley between Eslohe and Niedersalwey. It consists of several parts: Am Hammer, Am Hahn and In der Marpe and has 30 houses. The number of inhabitants has fallen from 140 to 69 people in recent years due to emigration. The village has existed for about 600 years.
In 2009, the "centre of South Westphalia" was marked with a boulder in Sieperting. This center was determined by the South Westphalia Agency as the focus of the area of the five South Westphalian districts of Hochsauerlandkreis, Märkischer Kreis, Olpe District, Siegen-Wittgenstein District and Soest District.
