Cycling

The Grüntensee is a worthwhile destination for a bike tour, as the surrounding area offers beautiful landscapes and well-developed cycle paths. The circuit around the lake is about 8-10 km long and can be cycled comfortably. The level of difficulty is easy to medium, the route is also suitable for beginners and families. It is mostly flat, but there are a few small climbs. There are fantastic views of the Grünten, the “guardian of the Allgäu”, and the surrounding Alps. There are numerous opportunities to take a break along the shore and enjoy the great impressions.
