At the crossroads coming from the large bench...if you go left the descent is terrifying but quite short...if you go right...after a fairly "soft" start the path becomes infernal and perhaps worse than the one on the left. Towards the end you end up in a bush and you have to make your way between the races using your bike as the path seems to have been disused for a long time.
Be careful on MTB because high riding skills are required!
