The town hall in Bürgstadt, a market town in the Lower Franconian district of Miltenberg (Bavaria), was built between 1590 and 1592. The town hall at Krummgasse 2 is a protected monument.
The Renaissance building was built on the remains of the basements of three houses that were demolished for the construction of the town hall. Round-arched entrance gates on the town side and on the opposite side of the Main serve as access to the vaulted hall on the ground floor. Here the payments in kind were delivered on carts. There was a barrel store in the basement.

The two-story gable roof building with three-story curved blind gables has a high slate roof with pointed dormers and a plaster facade with sandstone frames and edges. The semi-protruding polygonal stair tower is covered by a slate dome.
