The Pont vieux (old bridge) is a stone arch bridge in Béziers (southern France), first mentioned in 1134. For a long time it was the only bridge on which one could cross the Orb. The trade route between Provence and Toulouse passed through it.

The 241.50 m long bridge, located below the Saint-Nazaire cathedral, has 15 unequal stone arches, 7 of which cross the river and 8 cross the flood bed opposite the old town. The time of its first construction can no longer be determined. It was probably originally only 3.45 m wide like the inner arches. Major repairs are reported from 1341 and 1526. The bridge was probably widened to its current size of 5.20 m in the 15th century by adding slightly larger stone arches to its sides. The tower used to defend the bridge was demolished in 1768.[
