Gościszów, Pasternik, Biedrzychowice Górne, Strzegomice and Wigancice Żytawskie communes were liquidated because of the Turów mine. The villages of Turoszów, Zatonie, Opolno Zdrój and part of Bogatyně were partially demolished.
