The fountain, called tricuspid due to the three cusps above it, dates back to 1645 and was built under the Venetian dominion. It stands on the corner between via Cavagnis and via Corone, from where you reach Via Mercatorum. In the upper part, below the three cusps, there is a bronze lion's head from which water gushes.

The triptych of cusps is composed of two lateral ones, lower and truncated in the upper part, and a central one, much higher, with a pyramidal shape that ends in a point. The tank is very large, made from a single block of stone carved inside. The finish is fine, with rounded lateral corners and small capitals hinted at the upper and lower edges.
