Every year on August 10th, the fire brigades commemorate their deceased comrades. For this they lay a wreath at the memorial in the forest near Meinersen!
So the memorial is always very well maintained at the end of August ;-)

The memorial is very well-kept and every year firefighters meet and lay flowers there.
The way is to cope with a normal bike. A bank invites you to take a break and a table reveals interesting information!
