It has a high two-order facade and was built on an older temple from the 15th century, of which traces remain in the small cusp portico and portal.
The interior is surmounted by an elegant dome and enriched with eighteenth-century stuccos and decorations by Eugenio and Muzio Camuzio.
On the third altar on the left is the Rising Christ by Jacopo Palma il Vecchio, a great 16th-century painter from Serina.

The organ, equipped with about two thousand pipes with rare sound and construction features, was built in 1791, with recovery of the phonic material of the previous Rogantino organ of the century. XVII.
A recent restoration was carried out in 1981-1986 by Francesco Zanin and son, from Codroipo.
