To the east of Lake Müggelsee, the bridge over the Alte Spreearm, together with the nearby Triglaw Bridge, is the closest possibility of cycling around Müggelsee.
To the west of Lake Müggelsee is the Salvador Allende Bridge in Köpenick.
If you want to shorten each time you can use the ferry Rahnsdorf and the Spree tunnel Friedrichshagen ;-)

The curved wooden bridge is quite narrow and mostly heavily frequented, so it is better to descend and take a look at the idyllic surroundings. A visit to the neighboring café on the small Schwalbenberg is an absolute recommendation!

Russian bridgeAfter the defeat of the Prussian army against the French troops of Napoleon Bonaparte on October 14, 1806 at the battle of Jena and Auerstedt, Berlin was occupied by the French. On October 27, 1806, Napoleon passed through the Brandenburg Gate. Only after the ratification of an agreement with France to implement the Tilsit Peace did the French withdraw from Berlin in December 1808. The peace of Tilsit was a trigger for fundamental reforms of the state of Prussia.
1911 Citadel Spandau from the Siemens-Schuckert airshipThe city and it were occupied twice by the French. After the - luckily - surrender of the Spandau Citadel without a fight, initially from October 25, 1806 to November 27, 1808 and, after Napoleon's failed Russian campaign, then again from March 26, 1812 to April 27, 1813.
