Hiking

A few tens of meters below the summit of Sinai, several stalls are open at almost all hours of the day. Snacks and hot drinks are sold there. You can also borrow warm blankets.

If your guide takes you to the top to admire the sunrise, do not hesitate to ask for a tea or coffee to warm you up. Even in summer, at such an altitude, the temperatures can be very cold.

Hiking

It is a place of rest, stillness and inner contemplation where one feels closer to heaven. There are no official opening hours - after the registration/security check, you will be given a Bedouin who will lead you up the mountain. It is very hot during the day, so be sure to bring a sun hat and plenty of water. On the way you can have black tea freshly brewed at small rest huts, which is usually refined with sugar.

Hiking

This place is located very close to the top and is the last stop for toileting or buying drinks or food. I climbed this mountain at night to admire the sunrise. It is very cold there at night, so it is better to take a warm jacket with you. Those who came in the summer without warm clothes can rent blankets and mattresses from the Bedouins. You can drink warm tea or soup.
