Sant Jaume is a church in the Remolins district of Tortosa that is included in the Inventory of the Architectural Heritage of Catalonia. The church of Sant Jaume de Tortosa dates from the twelfth century and was the main parish church of the city for centuries. Located in today's Plaça de Sant Jaume during the late Middle Ages, it underwent constant renovations and in connection with the damage caused by the Ebro. She was demolished after the Civil War of 1936-39 and rebuilt in Plaza de la Immaculada.
