At operating kilometers 1.986, the Deusener Bridge leads Weidenstrasse over the Dortmund-Ems Canal. It bears the bridge number 1 and was built in 1953 as a truss bridge with a span of 56.00 meters and a width of 10.50. It is operated by the WSA Duisburg-Meiderich. Right next to the bridge is the rowing center with the FS98 canoe department and the Germania rowing club from 1929.
It is not possible to change the side of the water without climbing stairs.
