The cheese harp is a traditional cheese making tool. Today they are mostly made of metal, but in the past suitably shaped branch forks were used.
Right next to the sculpture you will find the Sporaalpe. To this day, a Montafon cheese specialty is made by hand here: Sura Kees. Between mid-June and mid-September, the alp is open when the weather is nice and you can try the sour milk cheese on the spot.
