At the bridge you can easily descend to the stream. In general, you should be dressed appropriately for the creek hike. A neoprene shorty and non-slip water shoes are the minimum in my opinion. For a professional inspection, it is of course best and safest to book a canyoning tour. Then you have a professional guide and the right equipment to slide down the chutes.
I sometimes have the helmet
Missed, which unfortunately I didn't have.
The stones are sometimes quite slippery and you quickly end up lying on the hard rock and more or less hurting yourself.
All in all, a great experience of nature and always worth the winding journey.
