    Best when the weather is nice, otherwise the summit is in the clouds. If it is raining or wet, you should wear sturdy shoes. Gloves for the final climb on the rope are also a great advantage. I would advise against larger backpacks, as you have to climb over a larger exposed root just before you reach the summit and you shouldn't lose your balance in the process.
