Once through the gates, you'll see the thatched summerhouse ahead of you, created by Mary Elizabeth Lucy in the mid-1800s for her grandchildren. Funds have been raised to restore the building and replace its contents - partly from the sale of our raffle tickets. There's more about the summerhouse on our Gardens page.
