In the area of the so-called Thermopylae, weakly radioactive and sulphurous water pours out of several thermal springs. Here in Kouniaviti, the springs are divided into several pools. The largest is 15 x 5 m, the water is pleasantly warm at around 32°C. The smell takes a little getting used to 😆. There is a fair sized parking lot and 2 covered picnic areas. Access is completely free (as of June 2022).
