The Parco dei Taureani is located in what was once the city of Tauriano (Taurianum) in the Bruttian region (now Calabria) of southern Italy, on the territory of modern-day Palmi. It is a vast green space of exceptional beauty, with remains of ancient settlements that have existed since the 2nd millennium BC.
