Villa built by architect Rob Mallet-Stevens in 1921-23 for fashion designer Paul Poiret. Poiret having gone bankrupt, the villa was not completed during Mallet-Stevens' lifetime. Bought by actress Elvire Popesco, it was redesigned by Paul Boyer. Emblematic of the international style, it is nevertheless one of the masterpieces of Mallet-Stevens with the villa Cavrois in Croix, the villa Noailles in Hyères or the buildings of the street that bears his name in Paris. Cannot be visited except sometimes for Heritage Days.

Road cycling

To get there, if you come from Hardricourt or Mézy-sur-Seine, you will have to climb the (aptly named) Apremont road, a climb that is all the more difficult as the road is not really in good condition. ; and in this case, it is probably better to take it uphill than downhill. From up there, you can also enjoy a view of the Renault factory in Flins which is located on the other bank of the Seine.
