This "Fatima Chapel" (Capilla de Fatima) is dedicated to Our Lady. It was named after the town of Fatima in Portugal, where Mary appeared several times to some shepherd children in 1917 (i.e. during the First World War). Our Lady revealed three mysteries to the children in several apparitions.
Pope John Paul II attributed his survival of the assassination attempt on him that took place on May 13, 1981 - the commemoration of the first apparition of Mary in Fatima - to Our Lady there.
