On the way back you will find yourself in a completely different atmosphere – Mediterranean plants thrive in the bays due to the sheltered location of the eastern coastline in the Baie de Douarnenez. The different water depths and subsurfaces of the sea create beautiful color effects - from turquoise blue to emerald green. At least when the sun was shining, but we also found our grayer version really wonderful.
