Directly on the bike path on the dike you will come to Cäciliengroden (between Dangast and Wilhelmshaven) at a rest area with a shelter and seating. And at this you immediately notice a bronze figure, with a cap and a shovel in his hand! This is the "Koyer", which used to be called dike worker in Low German.
