Earnewâld is a cosy water sports village between Leeuwarden and Drachten, in the middle of the De Alde Feanen National Park, an extensive fen, very popular with nature and water sports enthusiasts. Compared to the Friese Meren in the southwest of the province, it is relatively quiet here, but there is still plenty to do.
