In the beginning, the way divides. Right easy, left more demanding with roots and a small drop. Second half easy but fast.
Update: there is a third trail at the beginning. First you take the left trail with the small drop, but instead of going right down to the drop, you keep right after the small dip as far left as possible. Here's a pretty steep and rooted trail.
