A complete and comprehensive history of the Kulturpalast Unterwellenborn has yet to be written. There are several elaborations on the history of the house, but none that deal with the subject in a complex way. We are currently trying to view the most diverse collections of documents and to collect material. An extensive collection of documents is owned, for example, by the “History Association Maxhütte/Maximilianshütte zu Unterwellenborn e.V.”, the “Förderverein Gaszentrale Unterwellenborn e.V.” and the municipality of Unterwellenborn. However, it will still take some time to sift through and process them.
