The Hochalm is a popular hiking destination that can be reached from both Oberwang and Mondsee, but most conveniently on the forest road from viewpoint 2 on Mondseeberg. Lupines bloom here from mid-May to mid-June. Beautiful! From the former alpine pasture at 956 m, there is a view towards the Höllengebirge.
