Hello,
good home cooking with a great chef.

10 years ago I had the honor of renovating the entire roof structure in the old architectural style,
as they used to build. False ceilings, stairs, as well as
the exterior facade in the style of typical old mountain huts.

When Mr. Schuhmair started back then, I didn't really believe in his vision.

But when I passed by on my bike, I didn't believe it,
his vision had more than come true, there was hardly any room to sit.

I'm very happy for him.
