Today the Gutshaus Gotthun is used by the CJD Waren in many ways, e.g. as a service point.
A CJD kindergarten with a playground also has its home here.
The manor house was built in 1826.
From 1846 to 1932 the estate belonged to Count von Blücher.
After 1931 to 1945 the estate was owned by Captain von Braun.
The restored listed Schamper Dutch mill belongs to the village.
Not far from the mill there is a cairn that is about 5000 years old.
