Trzebiechów is a small village in the Lubusz region, near Lake Trzebisz. Administratively it belongs to the Municipality of Maszewo in the Krosno District. The brick church now standing was built in 1840 in the late Classicist style. It is a small interior building with a square tower, the upper part of which is made of wood. This is probably the third church in Trzebiechów, as it stands on the site of an earlier half-timbered house from the mid-18th century and before that stood a wooden house from the 14th century. The Church of Our Lady of Grace in Trzebiechów belongs to the parish of MB Bolesna in Gądków Wielki.
