Open-air museum of the Wielkopolska village in Dziekanowice (branch of the Museum of the First Piasts) located on the shores of Lake Lednica and collecting, securing and displaying architectural objects and objects from the Wielkopolska region. The construction of the open-air museum began on September 29, 1975. The first exhibition was opened to the public on June 1, 1982. The museum status was granted on May 25, 1993.

The museum collects objects related to the life and activities of the inhabitants of the villages of Wielkopolska. The permanent exhibition includes architectural objects: houses, livestock buildings, barns arranged in homesteads and founded in the shape of a life-sized village. Mostly there are wooden objects, but also with frame construction walls, in which wood and clay were combined, and with clay or bog iron masonry walls.
Individual buildings and homesteads are equipped with equipment, tools and clothing that illustrate the conditions and way of life of families living on farming, but also of craftsmen.
