Located at the northern park entrance, Persimmon Gap Visitor Center has basic amenities, including restrooms, but no public water tap. Park entry fees can be paid here and cost $15 per person and are valid for repeated use for up to seven days. From here, it's a nice descent down into the park towards Panther Junction.
