The village fountain and its surrounding houses are definitely worth taking a closer look at. At this point, turn your gaze 360 degrees and just let the calm and steady splashing of the fountain work its magic on you. The tour couldn't start any better.

At the edge of the market square in Hallenberg lies the St. Peter's Fountain, popularly known as the Kump.On the western edge of the fountain, the figure of St. Peter rises on a pedestal. At his feet is the Hallenberg city coat of arms, an early version based on an old magistrate's seal (St. Peter with masonry and three towers, symbolizing the fortified city). Below, a two-winged dragon can be seen beneath a circular arc.

the Petrus Fountain from 1756
surrounded by well-kept facades and half-timbered buildings🎨🖌📸👍🏻,
located directly in the Old Town Mitte📍.
