On the western edge of the fountain, the figure of St. Peter rises on a pedestal. At his feet is the Hallenberg city coat of arms, an early version based on an old magistrate's seal (St. Peter with masonry and three towers, symbolizing the fortified city). Below, a two-winged dragon can be seen beneath a circular arc.
