Did you walk all the way up from Borgholzhausen, and are you dreading another climb? Don't, this one is worth it. Here you have a unique view of the Teutoburger Wald, from one Hermannshöhen ridge to the other. On a sweltering day in August 2022, I was especially happy with the cooling breeze on top of the tower. And with a bit of luck (I didn't) the gaststätte downstairs will be open for a snack and a drink.
