Hohenrode
The Exten-Hohenrode parish is a very young parish, founded on January 1, 2006. The new parish was formed from the former parishes of Exten and Hohenrode. It consists of 2,700 parishioners living in the villages of Exten, Friedrichswald, Hohenrode, Strücken, Uchtdorf, Volksen, and Wennenkamp.
