Beautiful, new DNT-Hytte, which is very modern and spacious (modern gas stove, numerous rooms / beds, 12V solar power for lighting / extractor, etc.). Himingsjå is located on a small hill near the mountain Himingen (1066 m altitude). Here and to the surrounding peaks (Slettefjellet, Jorønnatten, etc.) are worthwhile long day trips.
