Our cows eat fresh grass in the pasture in summer,
and in winter they are fed with hay and öhmd (second cut).
Therefore, the milk is subject to seasonal, natural fluctuations in protein and fat content,
which in turn affects the flavor and ingredients of the cheese,
and offers a variety of flavors.
