    Hiking

Sant Pere del Pla de l'Arca is located in the highest basin of the Llobregat d'Empordà. Surrounded by oak forest and small fields, it was a single-nave church with a horseshoe-shaped apse. Its environment has been badly damaged by wind and forest fires, with particular severity in 1986 and 2012.
In the surroundings, in addition to the religious building, there are other interesting elements such as the town of Sant Pere, the Fitó waterfall or the Pedreguer dolmen.
