The ascent to the church is very steep, but short and entertaining. The church is basically locked unless someone happens to be nearby with a key and will let you in. ;-) We are still grateful! Even if you can't get in: The hike is worth it because of the view, the Roman tower around the corner and the beautiful hike towards Kronburg.
