A beautifully preserved castle that is inhabited and also hosts a festival. Located on the way to/from Katzenbuckel.

The origin of the castle is in the Staufer period - approx. Century. The very well-preserved castle complex is one of the most impressive fortresses in the Neckar Valley and has been in the Margravial Badian family's possession since 1808. Prince Ludwig of Baden and his family currently live in the castle. The best view is from the opposite side of the Neckar (Neckar Valley Cycle Path).
