A beautiful path leads from the village of Pomena on the western part of the island of Mljet towards Goli rat bay. Goli Rat is the westernmost point on Mljet, facing the island of Lastovo. The path leads along the sea and through the forest, with beautiful views along the way. Depending on which wind is blowing at the moment (Bura or Jugo), you can definitely find a spot for swimming on one of the sides of the bay.
