The historic water mill dates back to 1783 and is the only one of the 16 mills in the Pockau valley near the mouth of the Flöha to have been preserved in its original state. Linseed oil was produced in and around Pockau more than 300 years ago. In the Technical Oil Mill Museum, visitors can learn from functional technology how oil was extracted at different times.
