A very beautiful route with well-maintained paths, a pleasant, flat stage with no difficulty, highly recommended! The old railway line between Dénia and Gandia, once part of the historic Carcaixent–Dénia line, is now partially accessible as the Vía Verde (Greenway). The section from Dénia to El Verger runs approximately six kilometers in a straight line through orange groves, fields, and over small streams. The route is completely flat and therefore ideal for cycling. The expansive views are particularly charming: on the one hand, the mountains of the hinterland, on the other, the nearby dunes and the Mediterranean Sea.
