Mountain biking
After winching yourself up the Medart (or hopping on the Cwmdown uplift bus) this is it: the start of the Y Mynydd downhill run. There are two options to begin with as well as further splits down the trail.
This is a highly technical, extreme-rated trail that should only be attempted by experienced mountain bikers. As the sign suggests, full face helmets and longer travel bikes (enduro/DH) are highly recommended.
