The three-story workshop building, which was built around 1890, is directly on Rolshover Strasse. The building has been converted, as has the multi-storey courtyard building from around 1905 with its neo-Baroque corner portal. At the other end of the otherwise renovated site of the former battery factory, a factory building with a gateway that was probably built around 1910 has been preserved. The once open, hall-like interior of this building was divided into various work spaces grouped around a central zone criss-crossed by galleries. Changes to the facade were deliberately made as modern interventions.
